The School Resource Management Advisers (SRMA) programme is a DfE funded initiative that aims to optimise the allocation and use of resources in schools, to provide the best outcomes for children. The programme offers peer to peer, tailored expertise and advice to support individual trusts and schools to consider the use of Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP) and different ways of approaching budget planning that can have real impact.
