Our MD successfully grew Archway Learning Trust from 5 to 8 secondaries through a successful trust merger. Onboarding an entire MAT into Archway, we oversaw a complex financial and organisation change programme to establish a new, larger trust to education over a 1/3 of Nottingham City children.

Nathan held us through the entire transfer process, negotiating with the DfE, LA and both Trust Boards to enact a successful transfer and create our new trust.
