Our History
Our founder, Nathan Jeremiah, has spend the last 15 years working in schools, in various school business management roles, including most recently as COO for a large Midlands based MAT.
EPI was founded in 2015 when Nathan had an itch to make a wider impact to the UK Education sector. Since then, we’ve cultivated strong partnerships with the Department for Education, serving as a School Resource Management Advisers (SRMA) Supplier and later becoming the sole Accreditor for new SRMAs until 2027.
Additionally, EPI earned approval listing by the DfE for financial support in schools.
EPI has worked with numerous local authorities, trusts and academies, supporting academy growth, financial planning and efficiency, capital and estates strategies and structuring support teams in a MAT.
We are proud to work with schools, academies and trusts in the UK and Internationally through a range of resource management projects, providing interim support as well as supporting specific projects
Nathan Jeremiah
Managing Director
Nathan has extensive experience in the education sector, having worked in a variety of management and executive leadership roles. He is both COO within a MAT and MD of EPI which was established in 2015 to support schools with their resource management and developing schools.
Kirsty Brown
Operations Manager
Kirsty Brown has spent the last ten years in schools working both in the classroom and in administrative roles. As a qualified Primary Teacher, Kirsty has delivered teaching and learning at class level, mentored other members of staff and been responsible for designing and implementing whole school curriculums.
